Post-conference Tour

The International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas (ICARDA) Aleppo, Syria

 

Sunday 13 to Tuesday 15 April 2008

 

The International Center for Agricultural Research in the Dry Areas has a global mandate for the improvement of barley. The Local Organizing Committee would like to invite you to visit ICARDA’s barley program.

 

Participants should make their own arrangements to fly to Aleppo or Damascus by Saturday 12 April.

 

Please send us your flight details and we will arrange airport pickup and transportation to the hotel.

 

We will reserve your hotel in Aleppo, but you are responsible for paying the hotel bill on departure.

 

Cost of the tour is US$150 which includes visit to the ICARDA research programs, local transportation, lunch on 13 -15 April, and visit of the ancient city of Aleppo.

 

Registration is required by February 28, 2008 with flight details.
