Dimensions of each
poster should be 80 cm (width) X 120 cm (height)

The representative of
the poster is responsible for the proper assembly, mounting, and
presentation of his/her poster a day prior to the poster session

The poster board
surface consists of wood. Pushpins/stapler pins can be used to mount
the poster (provided by the local organizer). Representatives from
the local organizer will be available for any required assistance.

At the top of each
poster, you should post a label stating the title, authors, and
author affiliations.

It is recommended that
the poster should contain at least a 5 cm white frame around the
poster so as to pin the poster on the frame rather than the poster
itself (thus reducing damage to the poster and its contents)

Illustrations and text
must be read from a distance of at least one-and-a-half meters away

The poster should be
understandable without oral explanation.

It is suggested to
bring handouts/brochures of your institution for those who are
interested.

Posters should be
brought in hard copy format

Presenters are
expected to discuss their work with scientists visiting their poster
display particularly during Poster Sessions and coffee breaks
