Middle School Student Awards

At the end of each academic year two awards are given in each subject area to recognize achievement and effort in the Middle School; Outstanding Student and Most Improved Student.

Other awards presented are:

Citizenship Award: Presented to the student who sets a positive example for his/her classmates by consistently displaying respect for the rights and feelings of others, and shows a positive attitude toward school both in and out of the classroom.

Leadership Award: Presented to the student who demonstrates the ability to lead peers in a positive manner to achieve goals both in and out of the classroom, and to show skills in helping groups to work efficiently.

Community Service Award: Presented to the student or students who have displayed a willingness to help out their community. They have participated and led projects and events that have enhanced the quality of Middle School life at IISA.
