Dr Mustapha El Bouhssini Honored by IAPPS
Dr Mustapha El Bouhssini, ICARDA Senior Entomologist, has won the International Plant Protection Award of Distinction from the International Association for the Plant Protection Sciences (IAPPS). The award was presented to him at the opening session of the International Plant Protection Congress, held in Glasgow, Scotland, 15-18 October. Dr El Bouhssini was honored for his contributions to the development of integrated pest management options for controlling insect pests of cereal and legume crops in Central and West Asia and North Africa.
