This catalog contains information on all accessions of durum wheat germplasm evaluated at ICARDA, comprising 11,603 entries, including: the evaluation of germplasm at four agroecologically different locations permitting information on G x E interaction for specific characters; the screening over 11,500 accessions of germplasm for three major diseases in the region (yellow rust, common bunt, and septoria tritici blotch); the use of suitable experimental designs which maintained accuracy of observations in an unreplicated experiment; and the new modifications of statistical procedures in order to eliminate year-to-year differences due to seasonal effect.

It contains information on the evaluation of germplasm response to biotic and abiotic stresses, i.e. ascochyta blight (Ascochyta rabiei), fusarium wilt, leaf miner (Liriomyza cicerina), Callosobruchus chinensis, cyst nematode (Heterodera ciceri), cold, herbicide, and iron deficiency. Also included is the evaluation data on landraces, breeding lines, and wild Cicer species.
