Summary of Experience and Expertise
An IT professional with proven track record of more than 30 years in information technology, including about 22 years in the management of computer services, about four years of high-level computer consulting, and extensive information systems strategic planning, software development and project management experience. A major part of the experience gained was in international organizations (ICARDA, OPEC, OSCE) or in international environment (ADNOC, Kuwait University). I have a solid background in computer hardware and software, networking and communications (PhD in Microwave Communication).
