Mr Abdoul Aziz Niane (Senegal) - Seed Production Manager (appointed 1986*)

Responsibilities:
Planning and managing seed production, processing, testing and storage; 

contributing to the training and research programs of the Unit.

Qualifications:
BSc (Plant Protection) University of Aleppo (1986), Syria
MSc (Plant Protection) University of Cukurova (1992), Turkey 

Experience:
1986 -to date  Management of production fields, control plots, variety description and maintenance trials; operation and management of processing plants, seed testing laboratories and seed stores, conducting training in seed technology.

Professional interests:
Applied research in seed and cultivar technology (production, processing, 

certification, storage) and training. Best management in seed stores.
