Dr. Arash Nejatian is the activities coordinator officer for ICARDA’s Arabian Peninsula Regional Program. His professional experience with agricultural development programs spans more than 20 years with different national and international organizations. Before joining ICARDA in 2000, Nejatian served as a junior professional, conducting research for a World Bank-financed irrigation improvement project. He earned his Ph.D. in Sociology in 2014, and completed master’s degrees in agricultural extension and education and clinical psychology, all at the University of Iran.
