MACTOR is a multi-stakeholder / multi-purpose analysis tool for analyzing stakeholder strategies. it analyzes their power relationships, alliances, conflicts and the resulting recommendations to help decision-making processes.
MACTOR is applicable to any field, specifically for the study of collective action and in the management and governance of common resources.
